Because countdown 5 days to Army Half Marathon. So I don't want get any injure just enjoy slow run and get to know new friends in this Running Club. I believe it will be great too.
Yesterday I also having a great training at MRCD-Mad Runner Coaching Dogma at Serangoon Stadium every Monday. The training there doing 400m running x 2 for warm-up then core training all the way, having a short break and continue back to core training.
I remember starting I join my body not use to core but I try few times my body no pain and it help me to lose weight too. This training is really amazing even my sweet boyfriend also enjoy it as well. Not only lose weight it also help us to improve our running pace as well. I really can see a lot different when I join this training.
I really want to thanks my Coach Sky for this training and share with us what he experience in running and etc. Plus he making this training so fun and make sure all of us won't feel boring. Plus the training never be the same like last time too.
Other thing I also notice that I been running a lot this week. Because Friday & Saturday will be my rest day. So no running and workout for me. Need to prepare and get ready to have some sleep before my Sunday Race start early in the morning.
