Hmmm.... I was thinking should I run today or not. Because Monday & Yesterday I already did my run. Plus Thursday I running too...
But I really want to run today because I can feel my leg want to do it. Just that I cannot run pace anymore and I now use to fast pace. Even my lifetime pacer say I been improve a lot plus he now try to catch up with me. I also feel that he have been improve too.
Time really run very fast, this Sunday is AHM, I think if today I run meaning I this week running a lot just before the race. Plus I will be rest on Friday & Saturday and I also ask myself am I enough rest before the race start. Plus am I worth it only this week run so much just to do my best for it or am I push too much.
After thinking so much. I can feel God told me just go for it and do whatever things is right. No need to worry because He protect me for this race with my lifetime pacer. So just pull all worried be hide and He will handle it. So that is how I found my pace and I believe that I already can do well and feel the joy when I finishing the race. Amen
