Feel so happy when I seeing this breaking a good Personal Record in my RunKeeper at my Facebook. Then my friends will start asking is it my PB (Personal Best). Then I told them still long way to go to get a good results. But I told myself not to give up so easy just keep on doing it.
I also feel really refreshing doing so many running and workout after my Army Half Marathon. Even my friends say I am crazy and am I train for anything or race. I just told them that I just train for fun but inside myself is that I am training for my Full Marathon 42KM it happen on this year Dec. So is better to start training now than later. If not it will too late for it. Other than that before 42KM is my 10KM & 21KM. I feel I am well prepare for it and get ready for it. After the all most important is that I know my body and sometime over train but if my body cannot take it I should stop already.
Most important also must believe God for giving this strength to complete the race while I serving and worship just for Him alone. Also not about me and is all about Him for letting me complete the race without any injury :). Amen
Also same things to my lifetime pacer too. Let jia you together with all my friends out there too.
