1. Monday 02.09.2013 ~ Did a short recovery run 2.94km around Simei my house area.
2. Tuesday 03.09.2013 ~ Did a steady and distance 10km run with Safra Running Club at Tampines.
3. Wednesday 04.09.2013 ~ Going New Balance Novena Velocity to visit my old friends and at the same time doing 7km run with them too. (My 2nd home since I left Newton Running Club)
4. Thursday 05.09.2013 ~ Going New Balance Scape doing 7km run too.
5. Friday 06.09.2013 ~ Going True Fitness Gym to do some workout class.
(My sweet boyfriend and I will be doing Bodycombat Class from 7.30pm to 8.30pm, after that 8.30pm I will be doing Pilates Class from 8.30pm to 9.30pm then my sweet boyfriend will doing his Muay Thai from 8.30pm to 9.30pm)
6. Saturday 07.09.2013 ~ My sweet boyfriend and I will be meeting each other after work 1.00pm go City Square to collect our Tri-Factor goodie bag, go church and carbo loading a bit for Sunday POSB PAssion Run with Kidz Race.
7. Sunday 08.09.2013 (Race Day) ~ Get ready for POSB PAssion Run with Kidz 10km. After race we go church to giving thanks to Him : )
This week really happening a lot workout for us but after all is about God giving us strength to complete the race and training. If don't have Him, I think me and my sweet boyfriend will be giving up or fall sick already. Really thanks God for everything. Next week I will be running on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. Friday and weekend will be my rest day : ).
Now I told myself, I will train smart with Jesus in the midst for this. Amen
